01 Agreement to These Terms

Eagle Frozen Transport LLC is a refrigerated vehicle rental company based in Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, serving all seven UAE emirates since 2006. These Terms form an agreement between you — whether acting for yourself or on behalf of a business — and Eagle Frozen Transport LLC. Where a separate written rental agreement, quotation, or booking confirmation is issued for a specific rental, the specific terms of that document apply to that rental in addition to these Terms.

02 Our Services

Eagle Frozen provides temperature-controlled vehicle rental services across the UAE, including:

• Chiller van rental
• Freezer van rental
• High-roof van rental
• Chiller truck rental
• Freezer truck rental

Vehicles are available on daily, weekly, and monthly rental terms, subject to availability. The Website exists to provide information about these services and to let you request quotes and contact our team. Website content is for general information and does not by itself constitute a binding offer.

03 Quotes & Bookings

Quotations are free and prepared individually based on the vehicle type, rental duration, locations, and requirements you share with us. A quotation is an invitation to book, not a confirmed reservation. A booking becomes confirmed only when our team confirms it to you — by phone, WhatsApp, email, or in writing — including the agreed vehicle, dates, and price.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting a quote or making a booking, including cargo type, temperature requirements, locations, and rental duration. Inaccurate information may affect availability, pricing, or our ability to deliver the service as expected.

04 Pricing & Payment

Our pricing is transparent — the rate agreed at the time of booking confirmation is the rate that applies, with no hidden fees. Prices may vary between bookings depending on vehicle type, duration, route, and current availability, and a quoted price applies only to the enquiry it was issued for.

Payment terms — including method, timing, and any advance payment — are agreed and confirmed with you at the time of booking. Where applicable, prices are subject to UAE VAT in accordance with UAE law.

05 Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change a confirmed booking, please contact us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp at +971 56 313 9266. Any cancellation or amendment conditions that apply to your booking are communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

In rare cases where we must change or cancel a booking due to circumstances such as vehicle availability, safety, or events beyond our reasonable control, we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to arrange a suitable alternative.

06 Customer Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your cargo, locations, and requirements
• Use our vehicles and services only for lawful purposes and lawful cargo
• Ensure your cargo is suitable for the vehicle and temperature range agreed, and is properly packed for transport
• Comply with any reasonable instructions regarding the safe use, loading, and handling of the vehicle
• Not transport prohibited, hazardous, or illegal goods without proper authorisation and prior written agreement

You are responsible for loss or damage caused by your breach of these responsibilities, to the extent permitted by UAE law.

07 Vehicles & Service Standards

Our fleet is licensed, insured, regularly serviced, temperature-calibrated, and GPS-tracked. Chiller vehicles operate in the chilled range and freezer vehicles in the deep-freeze range appropriate to your cargo, as agreed at booking. We operate 24/7 across all seven UAE emirates.

While we take every reasonable measure to maintain temperature integrity and on-time delivery, refrigerated transport depends on factors including accurate cargo information, proper packing, traffic, weather, and other conditions. Specific service commitments for a rental are those confirmed in your booking.

08 Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable UAE laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server, or connected systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or republish Website content in bulk without our written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries or bookings

We may restrict or block access to the Website where we reasonably believe these Terms are being breached.

09 Intellectual Property

The Website and its content — including the Eagle Frozen name and logo, text, images, graphics, and design — are the property of Eagle Frozen Transport LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own legitimate business or personal use, but you may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our prior written consent.

10 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that the Website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, and general information on the Website may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Eagle Frozen Transport LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Website. For rental services, our responsibilities and any liability are as set out in the booking confirmation or rental agreement for that service, and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be published on this page with its effective date, and continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
